Shipping and return:Thank you for your High Vybe Life purchase. Our products are made in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Because of this, all sales are final and do not offer refunds or exchanges. We want you to be 100% satisfied so if there is an issue with a product please contact us. Domestic: Our processing time is 2-5 business days, then orders are shipped out. Our business days are Monday through Friday, any inquiries will be answered within 1-3 business days. Weekends and Holidays are not included as business days. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit and or packages mis-delivered due to wrong address being entered at checkout. International: All orders will ship via USPS International First Class or Priority Mail. International orders typically take about 7-10 days but can take up to 3-4 weeks. Please keep this in mind before ordering. Please also be aware of any fees associated with customs as we are not responsible for those fees. Any packages returned to us because customs fees were not paid can be reshipped when they have been returned to our studio and we would kindly ask that you pay for shipping for their return. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. We will do our best to communicate with the post office regarding lost packages on your behalf when possible, many times if an error occurs because of the postal carrier in your country, we cannot intervene in anyway.
